Student Pastor

Full-Time role that reports to Lead Pastor

Primary leader who will develop middle school & high school ministries

Primary leader who will develop young adult ministry

Will oversee FirstNSB Student Ministry Social Media Accounts

Recruit and equip volunteer leaders serving in the Student Ministry

Serves as an active member of the FirstNSB Leadership Team

Compensation for this role includes salary, retirement contribution, insurance contribution, life insurance, cell phone allowance, resource allowance and vacation time off.

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required; Seminary degree strongly preferred 

Experience: 3-5 years of full-time ministry experience preferred 

Ordination in a Southern Baptist church is a plus
